Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@shopglia.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (if available).

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@shopglia.com and specify your preferred replacement item.

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item in returnable condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either through a replacement, refund, or store credit.
