RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@shopglia.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (if available).

  • To request an exchange, please contact us at support@shopglia.com and specify your preferred replacement item.

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item in returnable condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale items or items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either through a replacement, refund, or store credit.
