Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • All orders should arrive to you within 2-7 days

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number (if applicable).

Shipping Rates 

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. (Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as courier delays)

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship all over Egypt

International Shipping​

  • We are adding international shipping soon (please email us at support@shopglia.com for any inquires)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs processing in your country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the courier, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues. Please get in touch with us at support@shopglia.com

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered incorrect or incomplete information, email us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
